During our sessions, I will employ evidence-based interventions and an eclectic approach tailored to your specific needs. My extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can help you reframe and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and core beliefs. Additionally, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) offers practical tools for navigating emotions and regulating the nervous system. I also integrate elements of Somatic Therapy, which focuses on the mind-body connection and facilitates the release of stored tension and trauma.

My rate for individual therapy is $125 for both the initial evaluation and each following session. I recommend beginning with weekly sessions, and we can always adjust the frequency to best suit your needs and goals as therapy progresses. I accept a limited number of insurance plans.
