Therapy is a confidential, supportive space where you can pause, reflect, and make sense of what you are carrying without judgment. Over time, therapy helps you build greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and practical coping skills to navigate challenging seasons in your life.
These virtual sessions are available to adults across California looking for grounded, trauma-informed care.
“Healing involves discomfort. But so is refusing to heal. And over time, refusing to heal is always more painful.”
- Resmaa Menakem
We’ll draw on approaches that fit who you are and what you're going through. Using CBT, we can identify and reframe the unhelpful thought loops that fuel anxiety or self-doubt. With DBT, we focus on real-world tools to navigate intense emotions, manage distress, and balance your energy in relationships. We may also incorporate somatic practices to release stored energy in the body and help your nervous system settle.
Therapy is a collaborative process geared toward meaningful, lasting change. We’ll focus on what feels right for you and explore practical strategies that fit into your daily life.
For clients working through trauma or painful memories, I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). EMDR is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps your brain and nervous system process distressing memories so they no longer carry the same emotional weight in your day-to-day life.
Through bilateral stimulation (BLS), we gently process trauma while staying anchored in somatic awareness and attachment-informed care. This attuned pacing helps keep your nervous system regulated, offering a supportive path for healing deep-seated anxiety and depression, relational wounds, or long-standing patterns held in the body.
As an EMDR-certified therapist and EMDRIA Approved Consultant, I'm committed to delivering care grounded in clinical skill, deep compassion, and high ethical standards.
To learn more about how EMDR works, you can watch the "Introduction to EMDR Therapy" video below, provided by the EMDR International Association.
Sessions are tailored to your goals, giving us complete clinical flexibility without the restrictions or diagnostic requirements of insurance:
Initial Evaluation: $155 | 60 minutes
Standard Therapy Session: $135 | 50 minutes
Extended EMDR Session: $220 | 85 minutes
I recommend starting with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish a strong therapeutic relationship. As we progress, we can adjust frequency together. Extended 85-minute sessions are particularly helpful for EMDR, offering space for deeper memory processing.
Insurance & Out-of-Network
My practice is private pay. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to verify your out-of-network coverage.
Finding the right therapist is an important first step. I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation so we can chat, discuss your goals, and see if my practice feels like a good fit for you.
